Dateline Sunday 2pm: The first performance of the 2021 season of Henry’s Botanical Blueshouse.
The Nitecrawlers opened their show precisely on time. So did the rain, but that was little more than a gesture and was all over within five minutes and Birmingham once again resonated to the sounds of straight-ahead rocking blues.
Next week it’s double trouble at Henry’s Botanical Blueshouse. On Sunday (May 30) we’re set to welcome those New Orleans hotshots from Leyland in Lancashire Tipitina.

On Bank Holiday Monday (May 31) The Shufflepack come rocking into Brum from The Chilterns, another most welcome return.
